Hello! I’m so excited to share Trusting Blake with you. It’s the second book in my Mila trilogy and I really hope you love it!

After the bombshell revelation at the finale of Becoming Mila, Mila’s life spirals out of control. The scandal of her father’s affair with his glamorous co-star takes Hollywood by storm – sending gossip magazines and social media into meltdown. Mila just wants to hide from the world, but most of all she wants to go home to get the full story direct from her parents.

But the paparazzi beat her to it. And when Everett and Marnie Harding show up, they invade the small town of Fairview. Forbidden to leave the ranch until things blow over, Mila feels more trapped than ever . . . till Blake promises to sneak her out.

Feeling vulnerable, she comes to trust Blake implicitly, leaning on him during tumultuous times. But after a honky tonk date night, a radical new hairdo and a steamy sleepover, Mila wonders . . . might her Tennessee summer be salvageable, after all?

Except there’s Lacey, Blake’s ex, on a mission to win him back. And there’s yet more betrayal, as the real history between Mila’s parents and Blake’s mom is exposed.

The summer is drawing to a close: Mila will need to return to LA, and she and Blake have to consider their future together . . . It’s an issue neither of them can quite face.

As an author, I love, love, love all things drama and romance – and this book turns out to be full of both! Mila and Blake’s relationship develops so much, plus they progress as individuals too. And with a cast of other characters – exasperating, free-spirited, complex – there was never a dull moment writing Trusting Blake.
